Carole Lucio, president of Hair Colour for the World, has been improving the art of Hair Design for more than 30 years. Awarded the "California Hairdresser of the Year" award in 1993 and 1994, she has repeatedly been recognized professionally for delivering outstanding service and quality to her clients. Her attention to detail has awarded her the coveted certification from the American Board of Certified Haircolorists, as well as an appointment to the National Cosmetology Association's prestigious Hair America Team. This special experience has allowed her to create a premiere Salon and an Advanced Training Center in Dallas.
